Till the 1980's years, the hungarian economy proves like the hungarian communist party's political instructions managed close structure. From the 80's years, in consequence of want of development's potential - resulted by planified economy and indetebness paralle, for financing the socialism's well-being - a forced opening of the economy has been decided on part of political power. These opening has been shown, by prudent liberalization of the economy, concerning little private enterprises' creation too. The total political and economical system have been changed at the end of 80's years. In 1990, free general elections have taken place, which resulted in same year a non-communist, democratic government. In above reminded political circumstances - in uncertain possibilities - between the first brave private enterprises has been founded the Gordius society in 1981, in same time trying, and to charge the pioneers' task, in the fight of private economy's limits widening. Till decisive change of 1990's years, the reglementations for private enterprises was submit to a specially slow and contradictory liberalization proceeding. A typical exemple: in a certain periode, the state enterprises was obliged to pay special tax in case of signing a contract with a private society... In 1990, after setting up a new law, the well known forms of economical market reglementations were taken back in the hungarian legislation too, regarding all kind of enterprises. So, in 1990, our society was converted in Ltd.
